Create an app by navigating to the ST Developer Portal.

Click “Log In & Create Apps”.

Click “Login as Production Environment User’” If you get a message saying you don’t have developer portal permission, make sure you have permissions in ServiceTitan to manage API application access, as described here.

Click “New App”.

Set the following configurations:
- Organization name: Probook
- Home page: https://www.probook.ai/
- Email address: [email protected]
- Select “No, I am a ServiceTitan user.”
- Application Name: Probook
- Select ‘A single ServiceTitan customer (private app)’
- App description: “Dispatching”
- App Category: Dispatch
- Don’t change Tenant, Customer Global Network, or External Application GUID.

Select the following scopes.
- Accounting
- Read: Invoice Items, Invoices
- CRM
- Read: Bookings, Customers, Leads, Locations, Tags
- Dispatch
- Read: Appointment Assignments, Capacity, GPS Pings, Non-Job Appointments, Technician Shifts
- Write: Appointment Assignments, Non-Job Appointments, Technician Shifts
- Equipment Systems
- Read: Installed Equipment
- Job Planning & Management
- Read: Appointments, Jobs, Job Types, Projects
- Write: Appointments, Jobs, Job Types, Projects
- Pricebook
- Read: Discounts and Fees, Equipment, Materials, Services
- Payroll
- Read: Payroll Jobs, Payroll Locations, Non Job Timesheets, Payrolls, Technician Payrolls, Timesheet Codes
- Sales & Estimates
- Read: Estimates
- Settings
- Read: Business Units, Employees, Tag Types, Technicians, User Roles

Under “Client Credentials Management,” select “Tenants will configure themselves”.

Click “Create App”.

Find the Probook app and click “Edit.”

Copy and send the Application Key (ak1.xxx...) and Tenant ID (9-digit number). (Don’t screenshot)

Navigate back to ServiceTitan and click on the settings gear.

On the left-hand menu, click “Integrations”, then “API Application Access”.

Click “Connect New App.”

Select Probook (the app you just created).
-
Select the default GPS provider and click “Connect’’.

Record the Client ID, then generate and record the Secret Key.

Copy and send the Application Key, Tenant ID, Client ID, and Secret Key to [email protected]
